Hummus, pita, olives, and my garden salsa. Its not the safest idea to use the dashboard as a dining room table while going 110 miles/hour down the highway, but travelling 2500 miles in 3 days called for drastic measures.


Using this plug in cooler has helped us avoid eating take out while on the road. Ok, the B man broke down once and got a double cheeseburger.
