The 20 tomato plants outside appear to be doing well which got me wondering what the hell am I going to do with all of them? Dehydrating seems like an easier option than canning, and today this little beauty became mine. I could not find a food dehydrator in any store in this city, but this came up on Kijiji for $15. I just finished dehydrating mushrooms and am waiting for the bananas to finish. What I really should be doing is trying to put myself together for the high school reunion which starts in a half hour. I can't very well go in these coffee stained jeans (never drive with your coffee propped between your legs) and the same shirt worn from yesterday.
