Received some Einkorn wheat berries from a friend a few months back and it has been sitting on the counter ever since. Really, no idea what to do with this ancient grain just yet so stay tuned. Hopefully something tasty will come of it. The 5 Lbs sitting on my counter originated from a farmer in Saskatchewan or Alberta.
