Did weights and abs.   My legs are itching to run and I have a slight jittery feel.  I want to move!  Which is kind of funny because I don't move very fast. 
It is advised not to try anything new on race day.  Stick to your tried and true.  I ran out of Gatorade and bought Vegn fluid replacement instead. Gatorade has been with me on my runs for about 7 years.  Never bought Vegn before.  This could be interesting.
Hoping to update my running tunes before the night is through.  Time  to bring out the beats that make me feel strong.
