Did a weight workout and 100 sit ups.
I cannot believe I will be running this in less than a week. I have trained to the degree that I thought appropriate, or that time would allow, have been hydrating, and eating good solid food. Well, except for the beer and my coffee indulgence. For someone who has been dreading the marathon it seems odd to choose this hilly one for a first. I will dig deep, from places I have not had to go for a long time and will grow from this experience. I will be humbled and hopefully a better person for having experienced it.
